Firbank Aquastars (FAS) is a family friendly swimming club that welcomes female and male swimmers of all abilities who wish to swim in Junior Development to the elite National squad.  The club's culture is supportive and friendly with a proud community spirit that engages its members and their families in a variety of training, competitive and social activities throughout the year.

Since being established in 1997, the club has developed a reputation for excellence in teaching and swimming results for its members, encouraging and inspiring swimmers to achieve their goals and reach their potential in a fun and motivating environment.  Operating from the Firbank Grammar School's indoor 25 meter pool and physical conditioning facility in Brighton, the club has all the facilities swimmers need to advance at any level.  Firbank Grammar also operate a learn-to-swim program making it the perfect place for the entire family to get involved in swimming.

Firbank Aquastars has strong ties to the Australian Swimming Coaches and Teachers Association and boasts a talented coaching and teaching team led by Head Coach, Jason Cooper.  Jason brings 30 years of coaching experience to the Firbank Aquastars which benefits swimmers at all levels, from Learn-to-Swim to our National squad.
